Barbell

FPBO Barbell classes are designed to do one thing -- get you ripped up! These hour-long classes consist of working on a Barbell movement such as bench, squats, overhead presses, deadlifts, etc. The first 15-20 min of class will be dedicated to working on these lifts. The rest of the class will be dedicated to metcon style workouts (metabolic conditioning) and Hiit (high intensity interval training) these workouts will be blended with strength training utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, battleropes, barbells, slam balls, plyo boxes, ect, and will push you to your limits! You won’t want to miss this class!

Team conditioning

Team conditioning is for those who are looking for a challenge and be taken out of their comfort zone in a safe, fun, team environment. We combined Tabata and circuit style training for each class. Equipped with kettlebells, suspension trainers, sleds, battle ropes, slam balls and other fun fitness equipment, you and your Teammates will experience the ultimate rush, as a Team. Find your inner child athlete- sweat, laugh and burn to reach your full potential. Our Team Conditioning program changes bi-weekly. Let our coaches take you on a high energy journey and help you become the best version of YOU!

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short(30-45 seconds), often with rapid movement to the next exercise

One-on-one

We offer One-on-One personal training in 45 min and 1 hour formats work One-on-One directly with a coach to help you reach your health and wellness goals!
